Our methodology draws from proven social scientific approaches to identify core issues and design solutions that are tailored to specific situations and questions. We specialize in going deep into the institutional culture to understand the social dynamics that will enable desired transformation, using non-traditional qualitative consulting approaches as well as traditional techniques that include surveys, project management, and change management.
