CULTUREWORK grew out of a desire to share with business leaders and their teams our successful experiences and learnings working in challenging environments to successfully create change.

Moira Perez, PhD, Managing Member and Founder

Moira has a Ph.D. from UC Berkeley in Cultural Anthropology. She brings to her practice many years of experience conducting research and analysis, and working to help organizations implement change, improve organizational culture, and develop creative solutions. Some of her projects include:
